الوصف الوظيفي · End to end process management of employee payroll processing and maintaining records · Assist employees with payroll queries · Prepare various letters or certifications assigned by Supervisor related to employees and company admin issues · Maintains and controls the record system and ensures safekeeping and orderly filing or reports, memos, documents and other communications for easy retrieval · Receipt and control of monthly timesheet submission of all employees · Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports if any · Maintain/update the Master list of company employees · Monitoring expiry of all documents related to employee (QID, Passport, Engineers Registration, Hamad Health card and etc) · Maintaining/updating Company documents · Monitoring/Purchasing/Request of office stationeries supplies and pantry supplies · Prepare/monitoring/updating monthly reports related to Payroll and Admin (company car, telephone bills and usage · Serve as reliever for PRO (Public Relations Officer) during his absence المهارات Age: 27 to 40 years. Experience: 5 years (minimum). Payroll and Admin Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce or related field. Computer Proficiency: - Microsoft Office (Expert). - Outlook email. - Software related to Payroll and Admin. Other training: Admin related Languages: English (Advance).
