Knowledge of Authority regulations including Qatar Building Standards, Kahramaa & Civil Defence regulations.
Knowledge of building codes, structures, and materials standards.
Self-starter in terms of research and follow-through.
Ability to provide technical inputs as and when required
Stay current on product development, new materials, code changes and industry trends.
Management Responsibilities:
Conducting self in accordance with professional practice standards
Adheres to organization and project goals of excellence in design and execution.
Coordinates multiple sub-projects simultaneously.
Coordinates with Consultants, Contractors & stakeholders
Performs within constraints of project budgets and schedule
Involved in with coordinating with contractors, consultants, and vendor assignments
Responsible for the completion of the execution for the full package and design plan
Meet stakeholder needs, budget within established project site schedule.
المهارات
Education: Bachelor Degree in Architectural / Civil
Certifications PMP/ UPDA / RIBA
Experience: 12 years of experience in Fit-Out with at least 5 years in High End Fit Out Projects such as Corporate Offices / Hotels etc.
Highly capable problem solver, with the ability to drill down to the “root cause” of a problem.
Bilingual.
