Job Title: IT Technical Support

Job Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 6,000 to 8,000 QAE
Responsibilities Include:
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
المهارات
Requirements:
Preference towards candidates already based in Qatar
Relevant experience as IT Technical Support officer or similar role
GCC experience minimum of 5 years
Ideally knowledgeable in Apple products (i.e., Mac books)
Must have Construction industry experience.
