Work out / Checking & finalizing the quantities as per drawings for scope of works and prepares BOQ
Review the tender documents and enquiries to carry out the quantity take off.
Float enquiries for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors as per the company procedures.
All elements of the project cost like joinery, subcontract, basic project cost of materials, labor, and bought out items to be estimated and the cost to be discussed with the concerned Dept. Heads
Ensure the physical document verification of the tender
Filing of the tender documents both soft and hard copies along with project costing
Preparation of project variation
Co-ordination with Consultants/Clients and Sub-contractors and related activities.
Coordination with the other departments to fulfill the tender requirement
Assist in preparing the tender commercial comparison, technical tender preparation and tender submittal.
Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.
المهارات
Must have strong understanding of the technical specification, estimation, cost analysis, and BOQ
Must be in Qatar
Must have transferable working visa with NOC
A qualified civil engineer or QS degree holder
Experience in glass industry and Interior Fit-out works are highly preferable
3-5 years of relevant GCC Experience
Preferably with valid Qatar Driving license
Physically fit and must not have any underlying heath issues
Good communicator, team player and ability to work under pressure.
