Lead the Project Control Team efficiently.
Manage and assist in WBS and cost estimate development.
Establish project budget and chart of accounts after reviewing project WBS.
Highlight risks at early stages to avoid cost overruns and schedule delays.
Managing project subcontractors through contract administration, invoicing & payments reviews, and back-charges preparation.
Project financial performance analysis through issuing Sub-contractors & Material Commitment Reports and Cash Flow Analysis.
Implement all QFZA policies, especially those related to Qatarization.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree
20 years of relevant experience and above
Has proven high managerial skills
Possesses high communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Computer literate especially with software related to Project Control Activities
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
