Follow up with the tenants regarding the transfer of Electricity to them.
Handover the property keys to the tenants upon Check IN and deliver the keys from the tenants upon Check OUT while making sure that the property is in good condition .
Collection for the tenants pending rent payments (if any).
Follow up with the tenants regarding the contract renewal and the new cheques .
Handles incoming sales by phone.
Provides accurate information to residents and prospects in a courteous manner and fills all reasonable requests or requirements.
Maintains company’s customer service and sales standards.
Collect and review documents/requirements submitted by the client.
Ensure that the property runs smoothly by offering assistance to all departments as needed. This includes being a support system to our residents and commercial tenants.
Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
Regularly conducts site visits the properties when needed
