Store, track, and make accessible different versions of documents, using established process and tools.
Leverage MS office applications in daily tasks. Also use Aconex, Primavera Contract Management and Oracle UCM (Universal Content Management) to receive and log incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Review incoming and outgoing correspondence to appropriately notify concerned parties, augment document information in Aconex, Oracle UCM and Primavera, properly classify documents, and potentially identify and raise issues to concerned parties.
Day-to-day update of in-out log register, meeting minutes log, preliminary, detailed & construction drawings register, & other necessary registers. And able to track consultant’s submittals and assign workflows for design review process.
Produce reports, send notifications, solicit and receive updates on correspondence status with engineers. Preparing for outgoing correspondence logging-in & dispatch / track / monitor / coordinate / follow-up.
Handle all aspects of engineering document coordination from beginning to end of a major project. Able to track consultant’s submittals and assign workflows for design review process.

Maintaining project correspondence (hard copies/digital copies) which can be stored / retrieved / archived / indexed efficiently.
Maintain document Ball in Court assignment status and share updates on correspondence status with project leaders.
Maintain an organized system for locating documents, adhere to security and confidentiality guidelines.
المهارات
Bilingual (Arabic-English proficiency is a must).
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience out of which 3 years document control experience on engineering projects.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and O&M;/ Procedure Manuals.
Ability to write routine reports, operating instructions and correspondence. An understanding of how to identify and handle drawings and other technical engineering documents.
Good written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
Proficient keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS Office/Windows.
Working knowledge of EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) - Aconex.
Versatile & able to multitask.
