Responsible for ensuring the required quality,safty and environmental standards are implemented, maintained and improved
Responsible for supporting the workers function in routine preventive maintenance and cleaning and also the production function in line set up/line start up post deep cleaning and maintenance
To ensure the hygiene standards cleaning procedures, practices, and equipment are continually re-evaluated in line with the best practice ,customer guidelines and legislation
responsible for the development and training of all the site hygiene and warehouse team members to maximize their potential, flexibility and overall skill levels
To meet suppliers to optimize chemical cleaning and equipment to ensure optimum comfort in use for staff and effectiveness for the job. Keep abreast of customer guidelines on chemical /equipment and stay ahead of the competition in the use of innovative products .
Responsible for ensuring effective communication with regards to warehouse hygiene standards across and between shifts within the reams to ensure optimum performance is achieved.
develop close working relationship with colleagues in other function such as ,procurement, sales and logistics
To respond to audit reports ,corrective action summaries to ensure work is carried out an agreed timescale and manner
To present to customers documentation to support the hygiene operation including chemical data sheets, training records and completion /sign off back to production records. To assist in the planning and delivery of customer audits/visits which may be announced or unannounced and ensure the team are clear on what is required of them.
Responsible for ensuring all work confirms to the processes and procedures of the “Quality Management System” and “Health and safety Management system”
المهارات
HACCP, GMP, Hygiene and Sanitation, Quality Assurance Analysis and Techniques, ISO QMS, computer skills, laboratory analysis, reporting skills
Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, or Graduate in Microbiology or any other science subject with experience is preferred
