Civil Defense professional Engineer’s test passed for carry out Inspection for Fire Fighting system, Fire hydrants, Fire hose reels, Landing valves, sprinkler system, Deluge foam system, Co2 system, Fire pumps & FM200 system.
Consultancy services which include design works and approval of drawings, equipment, site acceptance test (SAT) and factory acceptance test (FAT) procedures, and witnessing the testing and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works.
Design review and Site supervision of HVAC and smoke extraction systems, deluge spray fixed systems including fire pump rooms and fire tanks serving the transformer equipment’s. Also includes testing and commissioning of the systems.
Design review and Site supervision of fire detection and alarms systems, FM200 suppression systems, including testing and commissioning of the systems.
Design review and Site supervision of transformer protector systems – SERGI systems, and testing and commissioning of electromechanical works.
Design review and Site supervision of plumbing equipment, materials including testing and commissioning.
Design review and Site supervision of passive fire materials as per civil defense specification.
Co-ordination meetings, prepare correspondence, checking works progress, clearing of Red mark-up drawings and as-built drawings, along with defect list clearance.
