QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Degree level education in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 5-10 years professional experience in consultancy, contracting or from an industry related supplier
• Professional Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, registered preferable
• Relevant experience with mission critical facilities such as data centres and banking sector would be a distinct advantage
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Good people and project management skills with experience in a Client-facing role
• Good knowledge & Experience in Mechanical and Electrical Design & Testing & Commissioning
• Good knowledge & Experience in overall MEP Design & Testing & Commissioning
• Computer literate and have experience of using industry relevant design software such as CAD, BIM, AMTECH, ETAP, DIALux etc.
• Experience of other building services systems would be an advantage
• Experience in managing multiple projects would be an advantage.
• Experience in leading project resources would be an advantage.
• Experience in Marketing and Business development would be an advantage.
