It ensures the application landscape is scalable, reliable and manageable. Application Architect or Software Architect is usually operating within a scope of one application (system). His main task is to monitor the whole system, understand all interactions between components on a given level of abstraction, as well as to define limitations and requirements for source code. 2.Detailed Roles and Responsibilities: STRATEGIC Participates in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy. Responsible for providing technical leadership to large Size/complexity/order-value enterprise scale projects/solutions. (Special behavioral skills, knowledge and experience needed for the satisfactory performance of the job) Educational Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information System Experience: Applying design and testing methods – understanding design and production procedures and standards to create prototypes and finished products is crucial to Application Architects Building teams – Application Architects must work closely with systems analysts, software developers, data managers and other team members to ensure successful production of application software Creating custom solutions – Application Architects must be prepared to offer viable solutions for various systems and architectures to different types of businesses Integrating applications with existing systems – ensuring a seamless integration of new and existing systems to eliminate potential problems and maintain data structure and integrity is a vital skill for Application Architect Experience in Microsoft solutions Experience in IBM Solutions 3.Behavioral Skills: Arabic language is preferred. Fluent in English Willing to learn quickly Experience in a client facing role with proven success in communication methods Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. High attention to detail Hard worker, self-motivated and result-driven individual. Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
