- Responsible to prepare the planning package documents and planning philosophies
- Responsible to develop the Baseline Schedule and tracking using Primavera tool and Excel for MEP and fit-out works
- Monitoring the status of Procurement register and bulk fit out materials pre order and post order status.
- Progress and manpower graphical representation chart like S- Curves/ histograms reports for the project workflow distribution schedule.
Tracking the schedule and preparing different types of reports especially weekly & monthly progress report to keep update to the client as per contractual requirement.
- Responsible for Extension of time to the project and delay analysis
