الوصف الوظيفي - Analyze the financial climate and market trends and create strategic plans for the future - Provide strategic financial planning advice to shareholders and CEO for long-term growth - Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information to the CEO and shareholders when needed - Monitor cash flow, accounts & other financial transactions - Prevent financial malpractice within the company - Identify ways to reduce costs within the organization and eliminate any internal financial issues with the company - Seek methods to minimize financial risk - Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis - Assist in company-wide budgetary planning - Ensure that all the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislations - Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc. - Seek methods and practices to minimize financial risk - Manage cash flow efficiently - Contract auditing services to ensure finanial monitoring is up-to-date - Create and maintain relationships with companies, government institutions, service providers and contractors - Update and implement financial policies and procedures - Maintain a policy manual for the finance department - Work with Human Resources to secure candidates that will be an asset to the Finance Dept. - Establish and implement a training program for new Finance Dept. employees المهارات - MUST HAVE HAD PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE TOP FINANCIAL COMPANIES (DELOITTE, KPMG, EY, PWC). - Very strong understanding of all functions of a Group’s Finance Departments - Extremely knowledgeable in financial forecasting, accounting principles and financial data analysis - Strong interpersonal skills with the propensity to successfully foster new and maintain long-standing business relationships - Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, skilled in negotiations - Ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner - Outstanding integrity, solid moral judgment, and the ability to make important decisions under pressure - Expert in problem solving, analysis and decision making - Must possess strong leadership skills and business acumen تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/group-financial-controller-4223976/ |
