Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer needs and accurate repair order preparation
Utilize the service appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity
Provide clear cost estimates and keep customer informed of work progress.
Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of any changes to cost or completion times
Promote the dealer service departments’ responsibilities and strengths
Ensure vehicle cleanliness through the use of seat covers, floor mats, etc
Increase customer market share, service and parts sales and contribute to new vehicle sales.
