• Keep an eye for possible issues or escalations from customers or employees and address is proactively
• Ensure that consistent hiring process is in place to meet forecasted hiring needs
• Ensure mobilization requirements are floated internally or to external suppliers as soon as a sales closes a deal and ensure the mobilization is done in line with the agreement with the customer
• Ensure Timecards are collected from all the clients and shared with internal team to prepare the invoices
• Ensure invoices are submitted to clients within the timeframe set internally
• Provide necessary assistance to finance team in realizing the payments
• Ensure periodic visit to Camp
• Ensure all client contracts are attested as per the process and timelines
• Ensure proper reports & MIS are in place for each of the accounts you manage
• Ensure Idle list are managed properly and ensure idle is below the permittable % level
• Ensure consistent profitability in all the accounts you manage
• Constantly review performance and learning and asses gaps that require training, mentoring and coaching for improvement for Camp Boss and Workers Welfare Assistant.
• Ensure account growth by consistent performance and customer satisfaction and by exploring other business opportunities with the customer
• Ensure period visits to client and ensure things are going smooth from an Operational perspective and each of the clients are touched twice a month
• Ensure resources deployment are done in line with the Service Level Agreement with the customer
• Ensure open and clear communication about the account performance, updates, feedback and any changes that will impact the customer
