الوصف الوظيفي Department: Ricardo Rail, Qatar Branch Location: Doha, Qatar Ricardo Rail Qatar is looking for an experienced business administrator who has worked in a commercial environment to join our business support team. The role will focus on providing support to the business and project management and will involve a wide range of complex and diverse administrative activities. The role will be based in Ricardo Rail’s Doha office. Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Provide dedicated executive assistance to the General Manager Support the General Manager in bidding process and manage sales pipeline Undertake cost analysis and forecasting Advise the General Manager on potential commercial issues Participate in commercial meetings with, or on behalf of, the General Manager Report on status of budget and spend of projects to the General Manager Liaise with external contacts i.e. Clients, suppliers Liaise with Ricardo Rail HQ (UK) Business Development, Legal and Finance Teams to deal with complex queries and proactively resolve support issues within agreed deadlines/targets. Prepare business letters, invoices, presentations, etc. Ensure all documentation, required by the Qatar authorities, for business operations (E.g. registration, insurances, licenses, immigration etc.), are maintained current Undertake documentation management and control Maintain administrative systems, procedures and records, taking account of Ricardo HQ and local regulatory requirements Ensure that all administrative activities are carried out, in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures and budget constraints General administration works Ricardo Qatar is part of a global multi-disciplinary rail consultancy providing services in expert advice and Independent Safety Assurance, across the UK, Europe, Middle East, North America, Asia and Australia.
