Project Manager (Catering)

الوصف الوظيفي
Manage the catering operations of Healthcare business of 1200 beds across 7 hospitals and a team of 400 employee. Ensure the catering service delivered safely, timely within the scope and budget. Plan, direct and monitor the activities, practices within the operations on daily basis in inline with Project business objectives and Compass service standard.

Qualification & Experience:

· Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management

· 8 eight years’ experience managing projects of 24/7 operation in healthcare/hospital environment with similar capacity.

· Financial, budgeting and inventory management skills.

· Client focused with strong ability to identify, analyse and develop continuous improvement.

· Proactive, energetic, punctual and ability to work under pressure and handle complexity

· Well versed with all relevant statutory requirements, Health & Safety (H&S;) & ISO standards.

· Strong leadership skills, catalyst and dynamic

· Strong organizational, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

· Good Computer skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)

· Professional experience in the Middle East Region is a preference
