المهارات
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience on a similar position in FMCG field (particularly Water & Chips).
The job requires good understanding of FMCG products (particularly Water & Chips).
Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in Sales area;
Requires attention to details in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information, competitor’s strategy, promotions, market trends, etc;
Depending on the nature of a business, a sales supervisor may be responsible for taking care of clients in a geographic region and be the person called with problems. Managing a specific sales territory often involves travel to meet with customers to ensure that operations are smooth and to reinforce the strength of the relationship.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills used to direct/persuade/influence others, strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others.
