Ensures that all operations are built in a correct, cost effective and timely manner aligned with policies and quality requirements
He or she attains to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the company through the implementation of effective methods and strategies
Improves operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being and success;
Plans, directs and coordinates all organization’s operations; leads towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
Examines financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability & decision making
Maximizes the revenue of the business by working with an accountant on business stock control and income revenue and analyses cost of goods (COG’s) to ensure profitability and budgeting
To implement a working plan to ensure the long-term effectiveness of the business
Performs quality controls and monitor Key Performance Indicators of all areas
In charge of daily operations and all aspects of the day-to-day running of the cafe
Leads a multi-cultural team with enthusiasm, positive and friendly attitude
Oversees all food and beverage purchases and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistency and best prices
Keeps up to date on current cafe industry trends and make suggestions on how these could be implemented for the benefit of the cafe
Performs task as assigned from time to time
Ensures that communication between departments is ongoing and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvement
Supports the company in production planning and making sure the business is adequately resourced
Identifies any skills gaps in the organisation and undertaking a recruitment programme to support this
Trains of staff and managers to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role
Provides a leadership support function to teams and motivating staff to achieve production goals
Acts as a liaison to senior management and board of directors to keep them up to date with shop floor matters
Ensures key performance indicators are in place and production targets are met
Implements of any new policies and procedures relating to the production process
Introduces and manages in-house IT systems ensuring that they are fit for purpose

Resident in Qatar with valid QID and transferable
Available for immediate transfer
Must have at least 5 years operation management experience in F&B;Has strong operational, managerial, leadership, analytical, decision making, sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, people skills with a friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, approachable nature and positive outlook on life
Great Organizational Skills
