People Dynamics has been engaged to help our end client identify a Seaport customs clearance to join them in their operations in Qatar.

Job Title: Coordinator – Seaport customs clearance
Location- Doha, QATAR
JOB DETAILS
Ensure that inbound and out bond consignments are processed efficiently in accordance to agreed customs service level agreement and customs documents required.
Prepare clearance documents.
Assists the logistics coordinator and suggest about customs regulations, shipping restrictions, international tariffs and required insurance.
Coordinate with the clearing agents and customs clearing sections such as a B/Gs.
Prepare periodic reports.
Prepare and confirm all import permit documents from the GOVT Authorities.
MUST : Customs Clearance License
Work experience.
3-5+ Years minimum
