Job Role

Responsible for the managing and leading of all activities related to Procurement of the group ensuring quality, cost effective products/services are provided as per the requirements of the group on a timely basis to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services at optimum cost.

Responsible for leading group wide procurement efforts and strategy, identifying and evolving best practices and transforming the organization to one that is led by a center of excellence. This will include working with the internal stakeholders from initial need identification to final delivery to meet stakeholder needs.

Oversee demand management, supply analysis/strategy, supplier identification and evaluation, sourcing execution, contract negotiation and ongoing performance management and improvement, innovation, and transformation.

Extensive experience working in the procurement department in a related field
Working knowledge of the industry and market conditions
Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Must be in Qatar with NOC and available to join immediately
