Receive and check incoming pick orders. Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages.
Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Picking orders as requested by the E-Commerce Officer.
Sealing and packing orders, confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick orders to confirm.
Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area.
Double check items ordered by checking the product code and quantity available on the system. Document any variances from customer request to what was actually picked, so confirmation and invoicing will be correct.
Rotate inventory so that oldest items are pulled first. Make sure aisles and doorways remain clear in order to minimize possible accidents. Complying with Health and safety regulations.
Help out to load and unload vehicles with customer orders and incoming stock. Assist with rolling stock checks and Quarter / annual stock take.
Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.
