This role will give you an opportunity to showcase your Customer Relationship management and business Development Skills while ensuring that your team is right behind you in your success stories.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive new sales and new client acquisitions through indirect sales channels
Retain and develop existing customer base through up-selling and cross-selling using channel resources
Increase the sales and revenue according the given target
60% of time expected to be meeting clients and accounts choosers
Manage Senior Sales and indirect sales channels who sell our company products and services to customers
Insure the sales quality, training and develop the sales skills
Manage relations between indirect sales partners and business entities including planning and sales teams
Make sure that indirect sales partners abide to their contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLA’s)
Identify new opportunities within the market and coordinates this with concerned internal departments
Engage and meet with the business accounts to open roadshows to the team
Develop and maintain client relationships according to company sales guidelines
Establish forecasts and anticipated revenue streams
Run telesales activates ,SMS campaigns on the current customer base
Ensure the channel is equipped with the right digital tools
Set regular forecast numbers and figures related to number of new connections ARPU targets
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets as set by the channel manager
Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior is aligned to the Company’s values through all our indirect channels
Build healthy relationships and trust with the accounts’ points of contacts
Work within governance processes to ensure the best customer experience
Update the channel manager regularly regarding progress against targets and meet the provided deadlines
Develop internal relationships that enable the delivery of the sales strategy
Provide feedback on market trends/competitor activity relevant to sales and marketing management
Collaborate with wider public and large sector account managers to ensure alignment of the sales activity across the Business segment

You must have
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years experience in Sales/ Key accounts/Business Development
Fluent English and Arabic essential
Target oriented and commercial mindset
Proven ability to deliver results individually and with team
Strong and respectful personality to manage the team
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding Customer Commitment – is a customer champion and manages the processes and organisation towards exceeding customer expectations
