If building relationships, meeting new people and commercial inclination is your passion, this role offers it all. 90% in Outdoor sales, this role is a part of our corporate business line.
Your responsibilities:
Increase sales and revenue according the given target
Identify new opportunities within the market, Increase accounts penetration and handle the leads and Manages indirect sales channels
Plan on daily partners sales activities to achieve the company targets
Work on maintaining the churn to 3% from the base
Ensure that the indirect sales partners abide to their contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLA’s)
Engage and meet with the business accounts to open roadshows to the team
Develop and maintain client relationships according to sales guidelines
Establish forecasts and anticipated revenue streams
Participate in Running the telesales activates, SMS campaigns on the current customer base.
Set regular forecast numbers and figures related to number of new connections ARPU targets
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets as set by the channel manager
Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior is aligned to the Company’s values through all our indirect channels
Work within governance processes to ensure the best customer experience
Update direct reports regularly with the sales progress against targets and meet the giving deadlines
Provide feedback on market trends/competitor activity relevant to sales and marketing management
المهارات
You must have
Degree is Any Field
Minimum 3 years in Sales/Business Development/Field/Outdoor sales or key account management
Qatar Driving License a Must
Bilingual - English and Arabic mandatory
Target Oriented, Commercial Mindset
Excellent Negotiation and interpersonal skills
Smart, inventive and resourceful
