• Repairs, maintenance of existing HVAC equipment including air handling units, cooling and heating systems, and air quality equipment.
• Coordinates work between HVAC, electrical and carpentry department, project managers and outside contractors.
• Writes and received work orders, plans, supervise and monitor work of the day and assign staff work for the completion if night staff.
• Inspects and evaluates condition of mechanical equipment
• Develops and maintains preventive maintenance programs for major mechanical equipment on all building
• Provides technical assistance when required.
• Identify training needs of staffs and facilities the necessary needs of the trainees.
• Train HVAC technicians in procedure and usage of equipment. Ensures appropriate employee safety training and compliance is completed.
