Job Role:
Responsible for the overall administration of all the Civil and Infrastructure Projects to ensure efficient operations and project completion as per the contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor the project performance against contractual obligations and work scope.
Analyze and properly distribute resources (materials, machinery and labour) and jobs to Project Managers as required.
Prepares quarterly and yearly budgets. Set turnover and gross profit targets.
Ensures compliance to QAQC, HSE, legal, commercial terms of contract.
Improve inventory management practices towards achieving zero wastage.
Develop technical, contractual and managerial competence of the operations team (skills, quality, safety, client-dealing aspects of the projects) by means of training.
Improve labour productivity and material efficiency throughout the operations.
المهارات
Requirements:
BSc Civil Engineering preferably with MBA from reputed Universities
10 yrs. minimum experience managing operations within the Civil and Infrastructure industry
Excellent command in English and Arabic communication skills
Age must be 30+
Must be locally available in Qatar
