الوصف الوظيفي · Responsible for coordinating all aspects of lease administration, perform clerical tasks including answering phones, filing, data entry · Accurately and efficiently prepare and assists with all leasing related paperwork. · Ensure leases are properly executed by all parties. Monitor and prepare lease renewal schedules. · Making appointments and preparing lease documentation for Leasing manager and issue lease renewal invitations and all sorts of letters sent to tenants. · Prepare meeting minutes of the leasing team, assist leasing managers on weekly reports · Translation of Arabic letters to English and translation English letters to Arabic · Work on Lease contracts, amendments and do the necessary changes according to the directives of the Leasing manager. · Assist in the lease termination and vacating process · Coordinate tenant related issues with Legal team and assist legal team and leasing team. · Update and maintain tenant database. · Responded to tenant inquiry call, quickly assessing the tenant needs and problems in order to deliver an ideal solution and Coordinate with concerned departments on any issues raise by tenants. · Assist Management with feasibility studies, findings, conclusions and recommendations. المهارات · Have 1-2 year experience within a retail leasing environment · Proven working experience as leasing assistant / executive · Working knowledge of leasing practices · Up to date with retail / mall market status · MS Office familiarity · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Customer service orientation · Bilingual (English and Arabic) تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/leasing-assistant-4144020/ |
