Ability to coordinate complex projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software
Knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety codes
Aptitude in construction and construction details
Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills with an aptitude for thinking ahead to meet project goals
Motivated and flexible with the ability to teach and give direction
Professional demeanor
Perform other tasks as assigned
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree holder in the related field
With at least 3 years experience with the same field
Good command in English language both written and spoken
