Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall coordination of the site supervision teams and must have extensive experience in multi-project management.
He is providing management, leadership, direction, and technical expertise to manage complex tasks of multi-discipline projects.
Responsible for assigning engineers with specific tasks, as well as handling any disputes that might arise between team members.
Oversees each phase of the installation, maintenance or product development so that the team meets company specifications and complies
Works with other managerial staff to ensure project completion in an efficient manner.
Able to coordinate and monitor all disciplines of work related to the project. This includes
both management of the site supervision team as well as the contractor, subcontractors and other appropriate specialties.
Possess appropriate technical background and ability to control the contractor’s and subcontractors’ conformance with the contract documents including drawings, specifications, etc. This includes a working knowledge of local and international specifications that may relate to the work.
Able to monitor progress of works, and to carry out updating, planning and making of weekly and monthly progress reports to the Engineer.

Must have Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Must be Chartered or with Professional License and PMP
Must possess a valid certificate from the Engineer’s Accrediting and Classifying Committee of
Urban Planning & Development Authority (UPDA) or should eligible to get Qatar
UPDA/MMUP
Minimum of 20 (twenty) years overall experiences after post-graduation
Minimum of 7 (seven) years in working in consultancies in GCCs (including Qatar) for majorprojects in building and infrastructure
Qualified professional who has reached the director level; capable of providing planning,leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multi-discipline projects.
Highly experienced technical specialist who will provide expert advice on complex mattersrequiring international world class expertise.
Should be recognized as an authority on the technical subject.
