Irrigation Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
The Irrigation Engineer will assist the Sr. Irrigation Engineer in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project in regard to irrigation activities. He will participate in review and approval of all submittals by the contractors and involves in the quality control and quality assurance. He will lead the site inspectors in his discipline to ensure that all construction activities have been performed as per the contract and specifications.

· Ensures designs and drawings are compliant with municipal standards and client requirements.

· Ensure designs/deliverables compliant with scope of work and contract requirements, QA/QC design deliverables for completeness, utilities coordination, clash analysis and constructability.

· Assist in supervising the construction of irrigation and associated works.

· Observe, check and record work execution is in accordance with approved methods.

· Check instructions are being carried out.

· Monitor and record inspections, tests, work executed etc.

المهارات
· BSc/BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· At least 12 years of overall experience, minimum of 3 years in the GCC, undertaking design/construction of similar role on Landscaping projects.

· Experience in working on construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects is preferred.

· Must have extensive experience in Inspections of work & review of contractors shop drawings

· Must have worked on District Cooling systems design and implementations.

· Must have Experience in Microsoft applications. Familiar with project management tools and/or software

· Must be able to conduct thorough design reviews.
