Plans, develops, and promotes the necessary resources to operate the occupational health service.
Site/Camp nurse will be responsible for handling all medical/health situation encountered on site while reporting back to the HSE Department and the Company Doctor.
They will be in charge of caring and attending to any site patients as well as offering additional first aid support when required. They will be responsible for implementing the medical awareness program on site that will be provided by the Company Doctor.
Maintains and safeguards confidentiality of employee health information and health records.
They will be responsible to assisting doctor to regularly screen the entire workforce for chronic diseases and to identify those needing further evaluation and management.
Collects and analyzes data to establish health priorities and interventions.
Responsible for maintaining inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
They will be responsible in assisting the company doctor to initiate referral and periodic management of those identified with chronic diseases like High Blood pressure (Hypertension), High blood sugar (Diabetes) and High blood cholesterol (Dyslipidemia) and to ensure regular medical data updating/management. To initiative individualized treatment plan for those identified with chronic diseases.
They will be responsible in initiating any medical emergency response on site and handling the transportation, in coordination with the HSE Department, to a hospital if required.
They will be responsible to conduct random medical check-ups on site and report the findings back the Company Doctor and HSE Department.
They will be responsible in collecting all the site based documentation and preparing the required medical reports which will be sent to the Company Doctor.

QCHP License
Atleast 5 years of experience as Site Nurse in Construction
Immediate availability with NOC
