One of our clients is seeking for Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with good hands-on experience in maintenance of chiller plant, HVAC systems (Not construction), Elevators and Escalators in a shopping complex.
Your key responsibilities include maintenance of chiller plant, HVAC systems and elevators and escalators systems
Responsibilities
Manage and ensure by shift rounds to inspect Air Compressors, Chillers, Compressors, Water Pumps, Extrusion Equipment; Air, Water, and Electrical Systems and other Operation-Critical Equipment to insure functionality to required operational standards.
Minimize the problems with equipment, leaks, and other deficiencies and take action as needed.
Properly assess the operational state of equipment related to elevators and escalators, filters, oil, hydraulics, compressors, motors, pumps, plumbing and electrical systems and determine a course of action if needed.
Ensure maintains and repairs related to elevators and escalators which is included door mechanisms, cables, hydraulic buffers, pumps, brakes, rails, guides and related equipment
Maintain a healthy relationship with service providers for regular maintenance proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical or mechanical engineering
7-10 years of Hands-on experience electro-mechanical maintenance
Sound knowledge of chiller maintenance and operation (Carrier and Omega)
Sound knowledge of elevators and escalators maintenance (Schindler and Mitsubishi)
Understanding of BMS and computer-based maintenance system.
Excellent problem solving, judgment, decision making and communication skills.
Meeting deadlines along with interaction with tenant and management.
