Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a diversified eperience in Organzation Development, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, HR Transformation, Content Development, Employer Branding to devise our organizational training and change management strategies, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.
HR Specialist typically have accountability and expertise in coaching, change management, HR transformation projects, content development, internal-external communications, performance monitoring and business acumen.
Job Responsibilities:
Translating the HR strategy so leaders and team members understand and are equipped to fulfill the strategy
Tracking and sharing progress and performance to keep the HR organization informed
Enabling improvements in engagement, performance and retention within HR
Building change agility to accelerate HR transformation efforts
Helping leaders articulate the value of HR to business leaders and key partners
Designs, develops and delivers a management development program to build effective management skills.
Develops specific training programs to improve service performance.
Works with leadership team to determine development needs of managers.
Assists in the all phases of the content development cycle, including needs analysis, planning, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating and editing.
Develops participant and instructor materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, job aids, etc).
Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent facilitation skills
Strong writing and editing skills
Instruction Design experience
Content/Curriculum Development
Excellent organizational, operational and process/project management skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills
High Influencing and consulting skills
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Experience working on Adobe Premiere
Experience in SAP is an added advantage
Education/Certification/License:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5-7 years of related experience in Human Resource in respective divisions of HR.
