The role is a combination of two areas of expertise:
Organizational Effectiveness
Organizational Effectiveness (OE) is key and is relied upon for the development, management, and support of organizational effectiveness strategy, programs, processes and metrics to achieve positive business outcomes. OE provides guidance in the areas of action planning, culture and change management, project planning, safety culture, operational focus and other leader and team effectiveness initiatives.
Operational Excellence
Operational Excellence supports and implements approved continuous improvement methodologies, tools and training to ensure long-term sustainable improvement and growth for the company. This role supports continuous improvement by interacting and coaching employees on proven methods to optimize operational efficiency and enhance business performance. The OE role leads process improvement initiatives by identifying, analysing, implementing and monitoring improvements. Collaborates with leadership to ensure OE projects deliver intended value.
Principal Accountabilities:
Development and implementation of OE strategy throughout PIH Holding
Assesses, identifies, develops and implements projects and initiatives to drive transformation and change that supports the organizations overall strategy, objectives, and priorities
Develops change management strategies, designs and implements development programs
Drives continuous improvement and sets strategic planning to improvement initiatives, then follow-ups on implementation and results
Builds a strong continuous improvement culture
المهارات
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology or other related degree required.
Experience:
A minimum of 7-10 years of on-the-job experience
GCC experience highly desirable
Skills and Knowledge:
Experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development or related experience in a large, diverse corporate culture
Recognized subject matter expert in continuous improvement methods and tools obtained through advanced education and work experience
Good Experience compiling KPIs & data management, reporting, metrics, etc. and related reporting systems/platforms.
Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification in continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, Shingo or equivalent) would be an advantage.
