الوصف الوظيفي
The Workshop and Plant Foreman will report to and work closely with the Plant Manager. The Workshop and Plant Foreman is responsible for direction and coordination of production/maintenance tasks, in addition to leading-by-example the entire ready mix team to operate in the safest, most consistent, and highest efficiency manner possible.

The individual will possess characteristics of integrity, leadership, and respect and will promote safety culture as the highest priority of our business. This role will also involve engaging in the same type of work as directed employees.

المهارات
Must have a minimum 4 years of experience in Ready Mix industry as a Workshop and Plant Foreman.

Must have a supervisory experience to take a leading role in the workshop

Ensuring the team are working efficiently, to the correct standard and compliant to health and safety requirements.
