الوصف الوظيفي · Deliver professional, quality, accurate, and timely H&S;reports meeting agreed scope and target dates. · Conduct H&S;risk assessments and oversee routine exposure monitoring based on risk assessment results. · Be able to develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy to improve health and operational human safety across the company, with emphasis on the Region. · Understand and be able to articulate various models for H&S;and apply these in the analysis of current performance, organizations and programs. · Form and maintain networks of contacts both internally and externally. · Have a keen aptitude for self-development to ensure you remain current in your knowledge of H&S;, and an open mind to evaluate and consider new approaches and methods. · Be flexible and adaptive to select the most appropriate approach and tools for any given situation, being able to quickly assess the maturity of the H&S;culture and programs in an area/location you are working in. · Be tenacious and willing to commit to providing leadership to H&S;and taking a pragmatic hands-on role in driving home safe working practices, driving cultural change and delivering programs. · Be able to command respect at all levels while also being approachable and comfortable working at the most senior and junior levels. · Be self-starting in your role, while also providing feedback on your work, issues faced, obstacles to overcome and progress made. · Develop and deliver H&S;training programs to the divisions · Preparing And overseeing the Business Continuity plan. · Preparing And overseeing the Disaster Recovery plan. المهارات Minimum 7 years of experince in same field تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/health-and-safety-supervisor-4174239/ |
