Foreman - Decorative and Artistic painting

We are looking for a Foreman to join our French interior decoration and Fit-out company located in Doha - Qatar.

Site manager / Foreman : Decorative and Artistic painting with technical painting knowledge ONLY

Our projects : very high end residential,\and hospitality projects (mostly Artistic Paint decoration)

Job responsibilities:

Conduct daily site surveys.

Order material and ask quotations.

Prepare work programme/project schedules.

Prepare daily site reports.

Submit project completion reports on-time for final account purposes.

Follow-up with the sub-contractors

Communicate with the client, the consultants and the management

Achieve defined goals and deliver high end finishing as expected

Make sure that all construction and decoration works are done as specified (Able to read contracts and identify our limits of the scope of work)

Provide solutions for day-to-day problems and challenges

Maintain a daily report specifying the progress and the problems faced if any

Play a leader role with all personals in site

Teach techniques to artist painters.

Full-time, Permanent

المهارات
Must know techniques of decorative paint (Effects, Patina, leaves, Wallpapers, etc…)

Able to reading drawings/layout.

Microsoft office (excel / word).

English speaker required

French speaker will be appreciable

Interior Design knowledge
