An international company is looking for Fixed Fulfilment Specialists who will be focused on tracking and reporting fixed fulfilment KPIs. Understanding top challenges and opportunities and working with cross-functional teams to bring continuous improvement will be key in the role. You will be closely working with commercial and finance teams on monthly budget consumption rates. Joining surveys with the rollout team, technology operations team and field partners to understand fulfilment feasibility and readiness form part of the crucial responsibilities.
المهارات
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the service or telecommunication industry with a strong background in fulfilment across mobility and fixed
Track record in managing a team of diverse backgrounds to achieve high level of service
Strong communication and engagement skills and able to simplify the complex and articulate a vison in an empowering way
Strong stakeholder engagement
Ability to deliver in high pressure and short deadlines environments with the ability to learn and assimilate new information at a high rate
Advance knowledge of fixed line fulfilment models
Strong influential and engagement skills
