Our Enterprise Operations manages our company’s business customers, offering fixed, mobile and converged services to any business. So whether you’re a budding start up or a seasoned multinational corporation - we’re always on hand to help.
With us you will act as a Technology Consultant to Vodafone’s Enterprise Customers, advising them on the best solutions and technologies for their ICT needs. Capture and document customer business requirements. Identify and present back to customer the relevant solutions from Vodafone and its partners.
Implement Enterprise customer projects in Qatar and Middle East, delivering the Enterprise products and services to target customers within an agreed time
Liaise with the Enterprise teams to ensure the Enterprise objectives are aligned and delivered in time
Manage technical implementation and light solution consulting of new and existing programs
Support the technical performance and sales effectiveness for Enterprise Products & Services
Ensure revenue generation
Improve the implementation processes for Enterprise accounts in conjunction with the appointed local sales personnel to maximize propose-to-cash cycle
Responsible for budget implementation and optimization across Enterprise products
Identify, agree on and implement opportunities to differentiate Vodafone’s service and technical offering for Enterprise customers through an innovative approach
Provide sales, service and technical support upon delivery of new propositions, products and services for the accounts of the Enterprise unit
Monitors and reports quality levels, functionality and capability of services for specific customers requesting Enterprise products and services
Manages key partners, suppliers and providers in Qatar, aiming for excellent Network Solutions, IT systems
المهارات
Apply if you have..
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales/ Technical sales roles
Expertise in Telecommunications / ICT Technologies
Worked on Enterprise Products and Solutions (B2B)
Knowledge of mobile data networks and fixed networks
Knowledge of MPLS, M2M, IoT, Cloud and Hosting technologies
