EXPERIENCE
10 - 15 years’ experience in similar position
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Fluent in English written and speaking
Arabic language is a plus
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Proven track record of BRM experience in large enterprises

Main job responsibilities:
• Develops and manages the relationship between Ashghal’s Corporate IT function and internal and external partners (other Lines of Business, IT Service Delivery teams), in order to drive customer satisfaction for the assigned Line of Business
• Accountable for overseeing all Information Technology services to the Line of Business
and supports focusing these services to the critical business needs
• Responsible for providing initial project estimates for cost-benefit analysis, pre-project high level business solution design and overall solution delivery (project progress)
• Manages IT communications efforts to the Line of Business and its executive leadership
team
• For identified problems and issues navigates through organization to resolve issues, looks for real root causes and, when needed, handles organizational conflicts that impede IT service delivery
• Ensures timely Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting and negotiations to enhance
value to the Line of Business
• Ensures the Line of Business understands the technology solution, overall solution delivery, and compliance to governance processes and technology roadmap, etc.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex business requirements to the
technology teams
• Works with IT stakeholders to pursue opportunities to leverage technology to achieve
Line of Business objectives
• Supports efforts to develop IT strategies for the Line of Business that aligns within the overall business strategy and the Corporate IT Strategy
• Ensures the alignment of projects with the technology that provides maximum ROI
• Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements- gathering processes, and develops strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes
• Participates in the IT annual budgeting and planning process for the assigned Line of
Business, and tracks IT spend for the Line of Business.
• Tracks and reports on IT project portfolio for the assigned Line of Business.
• Follows up and supervises the selection of appropriate solutions. Ensures that the functional requirements are fully met by the solution.
• Develops and communicates IT Changes through awareness programs
Skill Set Technology Management:
• Ability to understand technically complex issues and put them in simple terms for the
Affairs
• Proven experience in Service Delivery Management and customer-facing experience, with experience in federated information technology organizations with a focus on Applications, Data and Infrastructure management
• Proven experience as primary or senior business analyst implementing and supporting
IT systems throughout the life cycle
• ITIL knowledge, Six Sigma a plus
• Demonstrated application portfolio and project portfolio management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and valuing IT investments
• Thorough understanding of Scorecards, Dashboards, SOWs, SLAs, OLA’s and
Performance management metrics
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong long term relationship, communications and interact professionally with a diverse group of Executives, Managers, and Subject Matter Experts in both IT and Line of Business groups
Customer/Client Management:
• Good written and verbal communication, analytical and strong problem solving skills.
Team Management:
• Highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution
• Must possess organizational proficiencies to multi-task with multiple initiatives
simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision with excellent follow-through on detailed tasks
