الوصف الوظيفي Prepare and draft daily and monthly work schedules for their team ensuring audits are carried out on team performance Monitor and supervise the implementation of daily, weekly and monthly schedules and provide support as needed to the PWA Engineer Act as the first escalation point for any issues identified by direct reports supporting other team members where required Liaise and coordinate with Ashghal resource or any other outsourced Consultants to ensure full utilization of Ashghal processes and systems, great performance and service delivery Ensure team members comply with all processes and procedures relating to the Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS), Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and other Authority systems and processes and coach them on areas of quality and accuracy Ensure all Service Requests are closed out accurately, with all the required information and on time Carry out routine site inspections and ensure performance standards and all Health and Safety policy and procedures are being followed by team members and Consultants where relevant Carry out Inspector duties on an ad hoc basis during periods of peak workload Respond to and attend Incident and Emergency call outs when required Carry out other duties as directed by the PWA Engineer Hold regular team meetings to engage staff with changes taking place and ensure business performance information and expectations are shared Ensure that all complaints and permits are being processed in a timely manner in line with Ashghal SLAs and KPIs المهارات Holder of current /valid Qatar driving license or ability to obtained in approved timeline Over 5 years’ experience working within the utility sector or equivalent with leadership experience Experience of working in an Asset Management environment Knowledge of Maximo EAMS or equivalent system with regard to operation, system administration and training Knowledge of asset management standards and best practice (e.g. PAS55, ISO55000), and closely associated systems to Maximo EAMS (e.g. GIS, CRMS, ERP) is desirable Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and usage of different investigative tools to resolve customer complaints issues Competent to advanced level in Microsoft Office packages (Excel essential) تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/fp-engineer-mechanical-civil-4157112/ |
