الوصف الوظيفي Ensures staff adhere to all safe work practices prescribed by legislation including Occupational Health & Safety, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Municipal Affairs, etc.; Facilitates the activities of private Consultants/hired equipment etc. to prescribed safety standards and PWA tender specifications; Provides technical or functional guidance to Consultants and staff as required. Develops budget requirements for Section Approves payment of all materials/services purchased by section Assists the Head of Section in establishing prioritization for capital projects; Provides over-all supervision for Supply Staff i.e. hiring, appraisal, discipline and replacement of personnel; Ensures the Health and Safety Policy and the Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements are followed and consistently applied Fleet Management In collaboration with the Asset planner is responsible for the asset management of the Public Works fleet; Ensures scheduling and coordination of critical field inspection activities related to Network protection, TSE, Permit to Work, Tankering and Customer Services. Review Consultant invoices of all materials/services purchased by the Customer Service Section; Oversee assigned projects execution and implementation to an approved Project Management Plan; Working with the Operations Supervisor – Fleet, prepares tenders and quotation information and negotiates contracts; In conjunction with the Asset Management, develops budget for Public Works fleet requirements. Public Relations Responds to and follows-up on public complaints and concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction; Liaises with other municipal authorities a المهارات Experience of working in an Asset Management environment Knowledge of Maximo EAMS or equivalent system with regard to operation, system administration and training Knowledge of asset management standards and best practice (e.g. PAS55, ISO55000), and closely associated systems to Maximo EAMS(e.g. GIS, CRMS, ERP) is desirable Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and usage of different investigative tools to resolve customer complaints issues Competent to advanced level in Microsoft Office packages (Excel essential) Good communication skills and ability to communicate with Engineer and understand and manage investment process Ability to support strategic changes Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the organization تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/fp-operations-project-manager-4157101/ |
