الوصف الوظيفي a. Custodian of the Department’s Key Performance Indicators. b. Liaise, advice, train and coach resources across the Department on the purpose and requirements of the KPIs. c. Liaise with relevant staff responsible for KPI performance (in Sections and external service providers) to collect base KPI data and supporting evidence. d. Liaise with stakeholders and reporters (internal and external) to agree levels of performance. e. Analyze KPI performance and identify trends from base data. f. Provide regular work status updates, including risks and issues, to appropriate line management. g. Advise, support and provide insight to management on potential areas for improvements in processes, procedures and general operating practice. h. Maintain KPI reporting on a regular basis and advise management and responsible reporters of any changes in requirements. i. Prepare various regular reports including internal Departmental KPI Reports (monthly), ad hoc reports as required. j. Organize and lead KPI Forum meetings and provide a secretariat service. k. Attend, participate and contribute to team and project meetings as required. l. Contribute to the delivery of the business strategy. m. Ensure that Health & Safety is a priority while carrying out all related work activities and is considered in all day to day practices in line with company policies. n. Day-to-day management of the Department’s KPI’s by collating, analyzing, forecasting and reporting of key performance metrics across the Department. o. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify management actions arising from data trends and analysis, to mitigate business risks or events which may adversely impact on the Department, and capitalize on opportunities. المهارات a. Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline from recognized University. b. Education qualification shall be obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia or equivalent University. 3. Experience: a. More than 10 years of experience preferably within a utility sector after obtaining degree from North America, West Europe, Australia or equivalent University. b. Middle East regional experienced is desirable. c. Has undertaken similar task as per above item 1 and able to demonstrate technical competencies and skills as per below item 4 and 5. 4. Technical Competencies: a. Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. b. Well-developed communications skills including excellent written and verbal presentation skills. The ability to create clear, simple and concise reports, plans and presentations to communicate effectively. 5. Skills: a. Preferably able to speak and write in Arabic. b. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional/organizational teams. c. Ability to translate mission, vision and values into practical objectives to deliver business strategy. d. Logical and structured thinker with excellent problem solving ability. e.
