Our Brand and Marketing teams are on a mission. Their goal is to win over the hearts and minds of our customers. They do this by getting customers to fall in love with our brand and what we stand for
With us you will be responsible to lead the business to develop and maintain a world class customer experience for the customers.
Own and deliver on the Mid Value segment P&L;(customer figures, revenue, contribution margin and NPS result for the segments and propositions)
Understand the target segment needs and have clear insights for each of the customer groups
Launch world-class propositions that is required to deliver on the segment insights
Determine the best ways to bring the propositions to life
Create a solid strategy for the segment and accordingly develop an insight based end-to-end marketing plan for the segment and lead the communication of this across the business
Influence and inspire others in the organisation to deliver against the segment plan
Ensure Brand measures, delight measures and NPS are understood and action is being taken to drive in the right direction
المهارات
Apply if you have..
2-3 years of marketing experience
University Degree in Management/ IT/ Telecommunications/ Network
Exceptional analytical skills with ability to manage & understand large sets of data
High sense of ownership
Strong experience in influencing cross functionally against the delivery of a go to market plan
Results driven, puts customers first, brand thinker and strong attention to detail
