The role of a sales coordinator is to take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of inquiries orders and act in a customer service role between production staff and customers/clients.
Detailed duties as follows:
1. Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers.
2. Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
3. Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.
4. Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
5. Develops technical presentations for potential customers.
6. Solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer/client.
7. Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.
8. Attends sales seminars, sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends and regulations in the marketplace
9. Other duties as assigned.

- College diploma or related technical field and/or college graduate
- Three years of work experience as a sales coordinator in (Ready mixed/ Concrete)
- Presentation Skills.
- Technical Capacity.

- Personal Effectiveness/Credibility.
