الوصف الوظيفي Defining the sales strategy for the proposed solutions according to project specifications, client requirements, possible competitors and current relationships. Checking the critical elements before submitting the quotations like man/day calculations, project discounts, delivery and payment terms. Managing commercial and technical meetings with clients, contractors and consultants in order to build up and improve relationships. Regular follow-up visits with the client and manufacturer for new opportunities and business development. Ensuring the proposed solutions comply with the local authorities’ regulations such as Ministry of Interior for CCTV solutions. Providing Value Engineering study in order to offer the most optimized solutions for client satisfaction and to close the deal. Checking cost control with cost-effective analysis and negotiations before releasing the final LPO to the manufacturers. Controlling sales & design teams’ documents such as pre-qualification, material of submittal, compliance statement, method of statement for tender and consultant’s approval. Follow-up procurement and delivery activities as per project contract commitments. Supervising technical and site teams during the execution of the scope.
