A. Accountabilities:
Work closely with the sales team on proposals and RFPs
Work closely and collaboratively with customers to design effective solutions.
Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.
Coordinate technical implementation and support with technical team from head office
Provide technical solutions pre-sales and design activities to new & existing customers
Attend meetings with potential customers to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and the company
B. Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in IT security
Experience with various security solutions such as (SIEM , EDR, proxy, Endpoint, anti-spam, DLP, ATP, IPS, etc.)
The candidate should have experience in cyber security pre-sale engagements including delivering presentations and responding to RFPs
Arabic Nationality is Mandatory
C. Certifications:
Should have one or more certificate in IT security such as (CISSP, CISM, OSCP, Any SANS certificate)
