Provide technical solutions to new and existing clients on compute, storage, converged and hyperconverged infrastructure, virtualization, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, automation, orchestration, data management and cloud solutions
Work on tenders, RFP, RFQ, RFI and other client requirement for IT Infrastructure and effectively design solution(s) and build a comprehensive technical proposal
Respond to technical clarifications and complete compliance matrix document for submission on tenders, RFPs or RFQs
Build and produce a technical proposal document that includes, but not limited to, solution architecture, high level design, solution benefits, scope of work, high level project timelines and bill of materials
Work together with networking and cyber security teams to build and produce a single technical proposal with all the solutions as required by the client similarly in tenders, RFP and RFQ preparations
Perform and manage Proof-of-Concept (POC) for solutions being evaluated and requested by the client to support in their buying decision
Attend meetings with the client to identify the technical and business requirements and build a comprehensive technical proposal based on the information collected
Work with Product Managers and Customer Relationship Managers in meeting clients and provide support on converting business opportunities to sales
Communicate and coordinate with Product Technology Vendors with regards to projects and presales activities including maintaining a good relationship with the vendors
Attain and maintain product certifications to meet Vendor Partnership level requirement
Conduct enablement sessions with the sales, presales and technical team for any product updates and new solutions added in the company product portfolio
Maintain up-to-date with the latest products and solution technologies through vendor partner enablement and partner portal online trainings
المهارات
10+ years of experience
Must be experienced in IT Infrastructure Solutions like Lenovo, Dell-EMC, Nutanix, Veritas, Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Cisco and other technology vendors
Must be capable of communicating clearly the technical aspects as well as the selling points of the solution and must able to provide advice and explanation to the client that can influence on buying the solution
Must be able to qualify opportunities if a solution can be provided based on the client requirements
