Meet and/or exceed sales target for rental and lease revenue
Source, identify, meet, qualify and close deals with prospects at profitable terms
Meet minimum number of new prospects and existing customer per day
Prepare proposals, presentations and quotations to prospects and existing customers
Review proposals, existing rates at renewal / extension of lease or hire stage to maximize sales / revenue opportunities
Use company approved sales & service techniques when determining customer needs
Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs
Prepare all rental and lease documents include off hire documents accurately and completely
Follow rental policy to protect the assets and interest of the company
Qualify each customer using our company rental requirements guidelines
Prepare periodical sales report and market information report for analytical based decisions
Develop, cultivate and nature new clients to maximize sales revenue with protect existing customers from competitors
Individual performance is essential in a team based work environment. Flare for sales and go better approach
المهارات
Presentable and possess excellent communication skills
With experience in field sales is an advantage
Preferably with driving license
