With us you will technically lead the discovery of new and emerging technologies with an ecosystem of partners in Customer Value Management CVM and Analytics domains. You should also have a proven record of accomplishment in delivering campaign management, real-time analytics solutions for telecommunication customers, from conception to delivery. Work proactively with key stakeholders and customers across VFQ organization to develop and implement an efficient CVM Solutions. Support end-to-end domain related capabilities in both technology solutions and roadmap. Provide internal consultancy for existing and new development opportunities within the domain. Create and maintain capacity plans for all CVM and Analytics platforms. Communication with other stakeholders (Business, IT Operations, Security, Project Managers, Solution Architects and vendors) to clarify actual needs within the domain, proposing new solutions or enhancements. Acting as stakeholder within RFI/RFQ/RFP to cover any technical related accountability

Apply if you have…
12+ years of experience in Telecom or IT
6+ years leading technical teams
6+ years Solution Architecture experience of delivering projects for campaign management/analytics
Vendor management experience
Think of the customer at all times and champions the customer experience
Demonstrate subject matter expertise of the applications and platforms within the domain – Campaign Management and Data Analytics.
Experience of related IBM products is essential for this role.
Supervision technology projects within the domain.
